Our Classic Wine Bread with an Italian twist. Directions: Add one 12 oz. room temperature sparkling wine* to large mix, stir well. Pour into a buttered 8? X 4 1/2? X 2 loaf pan. Drizzle 1-2 T melted butter on top and set aside to rise for 10 minutes. Then bake at 375� for 35-45 minutes. (Make sure you bake for the total time. Insert knife in center to make sure done. Top will be crusty & golden brown.) Remove from pan immediately and let cool on dry surface. *We like to Piccini Prosecco.
